@ijigga I don't think so - you could just remove hd and then send in for repairs. I bought my arcade for $199 at walmart and they gave me a $100 gift card (1 day sale), Then I spent $65 on ebay for 120gig hd - so I was out $165 for a 120gig 360. (This was a couple of years ago).
