The Witcher 2, without a doubt. Yes, Skyrim is entertaining but they removed all the depth from the series and the PC version feels kind of weak on many areas. The Witcher 2 has cool combat, magic and alchemy system, the characters are fleshed out and enjoyable and actually feel like they have a life and meaning and the story is kind of cool as well.
Plus; Geralt is badass to the core.
