For the record, if you go by Microsoft, Nintendo and newly-minted VGC US data for November data you get:

X360 - 1.6m (960,000 BF week says Microsoft, our data has 640k for the other three weeks)

Wii - 1m (roughly - I'm assuming Wii did 100k on Nov 20-23, and Nov 26, as the 500k was for Nov 25 and Nov 24 is only 2 hours of sales anyway)

3DS - likely 850k. Certainly between 600k - 1m based on Nintendo's non-data release

PS3 - 700k?  PS3 BF week sales were 155,000 in 2007, 130,000 in 2008, and then 440,000 in 2009 when PS3 stopped being ludicrously expensive. Thing is PS3 sold 250,000 in October 2011 vs. 320,000 in October 2009. The BF week: Oct week ratio was 11:2 in 2009 for PS3, which would give ~340,000 for Black Friday week in 2011. PS3 did have a recent price cut as well...but its pretty clear X360 (and Wii) were the systems getting big lifts at retail. We have 330k for pre-BF PS3 sales in the USA, so I'd expect around 700k for PS3.

DS - Down a lot from last year...still big?

PSP - Down a bit.

PS2 - Down a lot

Our data obviously has margins of error, but its probably safe to conclude Wii was 900k - 1.3m, X360 was 1.3m - 1.7m, PS3 was 500k - 900k, 3DS was 600k - 1m, with DS at maybe 400k - 1m, and PSP 100k - 200k, and PS2 at 20k - 30k.

My guess is NPD will have 1.5m for X360, 1.1m for Wii, 850k for 3DS, 680k for PS3, 620k for DS, 150k for PSP, and 25k for PS2.

That's a range of 3.8m to 6.1m - bodes well on the hardware side for the US with total hardware at 5.05m last November.

You were doing so well until you said it was a possibility the Wii and 360 could tie ^^, redeemed yourself slightly with your actual predictions though.
