You can't be slow about moving your sword. They're not stupid. They'll block the way you're positioned. You have to quickly change the position of your sword and then slice. 3. You're doing this wrong. You're supposed to use the Wiimote as the tutorial clearly showed. 4. This is a consequence of not using IR, which allows for any seating position you want, much easier menu navigation, and a more relaxed hand resting position.
5. Anyone think its ironic that the Wii has been blasted for years for having simplified controls, and now the reverse complaint is occuring? |
1. It doesn't have to be a tradeoff. A dual analog control scheme with lock-on as seen in Demon's/Dark Souls and other games is the natural evolution of the Ocarina of Time's lock-on system. The only reason Zelda has yet to incorporate such a control scheme is because Nintendo has yet to release a proper dual analog controller. However, even the Wind Waker made some use of the GameCube controller's C-stick to move the camera.
2. I realize the intent here.
3. As I quite clearly stated, I figured out how to do this right.
4. This is for the most part true.
5. I'm not sure what point you could make nor whom you could make it to when using such vague generalities.
