These numbers are incredible.
I'm guessing Kinect + Call of Duty have turned it into the all around family box in the US this holiday season, with some helping from Skyrim.
It looks like Microsoft will be blowing people's expectations out of the water this month.
And it really implies that whatever new Xbox we see next year won't be the 360's true successor. The two new consoles idea is starting to hold some real weight. I could totally see an inexpensive media center Xbox showing up next year, with a fully priced and incredibly powerful next gen offering showing up a 1-1.5 years later. The 360 should keep selling just fine in the US all the while.
