Wow why would you start development with only 8 people on a flagship title that you know will be a hit? It should have started with at least 50 people from the start. If it did we'd probably have had the game at launch and Kid Icarus would be the holiday seller.

If Nintendo is stretched so thin that they can't even do a simple kart racing 3ds game where characters artstyle and half the tracks are already designed on their own in an decent amount of time it doesn't bode well for how long we'll have to wait between 1st party WiiU titles.

Tell me about it... the real kicker was when Iwata (I think that's who it was) came out at the E3 press conference and said that yeah, eventually there's gonna be a new Smash game on both Wii U and 3DS, BUUUUUUUT... they haven't gotten around to it yet, because the main guy behind SSB is currently too busy trying to get Kid Icarus ready for release.  Really?

I mean come on... which is going to sell more copies and move more hardware... a new SSB on BOTH systems with potential cross-platform multiplayer (if Nintendo actually gets its shit together on that, but thats a whole 'nother topic), or a reboot of an obscure franchise that only the hardest of the hardcore Nintendo fans know about?

Remember... it took these assholes more than 6 years to give us a sequel to Melee... and all it ended up being was Melee 2.0 with more obscure trophies and shit shoved in it, and an online mode that made the old X-Band modem adapters for SNES and Genesis look cutting edge by comparison.  I honestly can't believe how anyone can still support Nintendo when they have been so blatantly lazy about software development for an entire generation now!

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
