No it does not. o_O;

Water in uncharted 3 is very low res compared, Snow is good though on Uncharted 2 , but still not as good as Skyrim's especially in the snow storms.

also now Uncharted related, Uncharted 2 looks great, but i have no idea why Naughty Dog decided to ditch AA (anti aliasing) on Uncharted 3 , the game looks very jagged and rough, everything looks like it has some sparkling worm crawling around it, they should somehow patch it and enable AA , i don't think it will do that much effect on the framerate, if its 2X AA for example, just don't remove it all together =/ 

Well that was kind of a crappy comparison, my apologies, since one is open world and the other is linear/scripted. Still, I found the water during the pirate ship level in uncharted 3 to be mind blowing. To each his own.
