Where are all these features I saw being advertised at e3?

The things I struck through have been done and the things I set an asterix with I can't remember being advertised or promised in any way. Please do correct me if I'm wrong.

Transferring through voice chat has nothing to do with Kinect, it's simply sending data through the internet, which leaves the AI interaction as the only thing we've been shown, but there hasn't been delivered on.

If it's possible in tech demoes, I'd say it's possible in general. It may not be good enough for gameplay in a 360-game, but can be done none the less.
