He gets the blame because he is in charge of NoA. People in charge always get the blame. I don't know why you're so butthurt about people hating Reggie.
Reggie likes to talk a lot too. He says that the Wii will be supported alongside the Wii U. That's a load of crap because the Wii isn't getting any support right now.
