Only partially, as games have to be built with the feature for it to work on the PSP. If this is true, the Vita can remotely play any PS3 game!

really i didn't know that

 

though i dunno how that works as remote play is not booted in the game but by the PS3 xmb menu and then anything is allowed on PSP screen
