The Packers are due to lose. Their second half against the Bucs looked like they don't really care anymore. Although their second half against the Rams was even worse. But in any case, the Packers can't afford to play like that against a good team and the Thanksgiving game is something special for the Lions, so they should be highly motivated in this game. Even moreso than they would be anyway.

Also, I don't rule it out that they want to knock out Rodgers. The Lions play dirty.

The biggest obstacle for the Packers this year will be getting Rodgers out of the two games against Detroit healthy.  That being said, they should win because they are a much better team than the Lions.
