Yah no word on whether GameStop/EBGames in the US or Australia or any other global operations will follow suit. Apparently the labeling system is a bit different in each country. But I've been to EBGames in the US and I could have sworn that there was a used section and a visible way of telling if a game was new or used. Giving new and used games the exact same label sounds a little devious to me if their is nothing on the label saying "New" or "Used" then I would say it is definitely a dirty move. In fact wouldn't it border line false advertising? Selling the new and used products with the same tags and not giving the consumer any distinction between new and used.
I know my grandma or mom if they went to EBGames to buy me a game. They would likely see them all the same tag and buy the cheaper one. They wouldn't think for a second that it was a used copy.
We don't know all the final details but from what is known "Same white label" and "Same section" with no special place for used titles. That's already a little fishy.
