I wasn't expecting anything great from the FFXIII-2 OST, I thought FFXIII's was excellent but what was released for FFXIII-2 didn't sound that great.

Those samples have completely changed my mind, especially "wish".

Hamauzu and Uematsu are my favourite composers, every Final Fantasy game I have played has had great music.

EDIT: Correction, not every sample is great, the vocal saples sound awkward and out of place.

I hope the final game has more music like "wish", "paradigm shift" & Lightning vs Bahamut

The only vocal track I liked was New bodhum as I could imagine that fitting in with the location but the other vocal tracks were mediocre to awful (especially the paradox atlas fight one)

Funny thing is all the tracks I mentioned (except new bodhum) is composed by Hamauzu so I think his style suits me, he is quite an underrated music composer.

I think they should keep the music consistent, with the majority of tracks being from Hamauzu and Uematsu.

You are right, Hamauzu is so under-rated, he is just as good as Uematsu.
