Breakfast - Bowl of Kelloggs corn flakes, and a smoothie.

Lunch- 2 Ham, cheese, mayo, lettuce and tomato sandwiches, a bannana, a packet of King crisps and a glass of orange juice.

Dinner- Pork Chops, potatoes, carrots, peas and broccoli. Washed down with a glass of milk.

Super- Heaven't eaten it yet!
