No judicial oversight. It isn't a matter of due process, it's a matter of whining to the Justice Department and watching them do stuff for you.
Due process has long been a central tenet of Rule of Law, which this violates flagrantly

Whining? It's informing that someone is breaking the law. So if I illegally grow and sell pot from my front yard you think I should just keep doing it until my court date rolls around? I know these examples are pretty odd but they help get the brain thinking.
I'm glad your thinking about this instead of just screaming "this is censorship, this is bad!"

Last time i'm going to bother to say this. The government's right to take you to court hinges upon the idea of judicial oversight at every phase: search warrants, arraignments, trials, sentencing.
Herein, the law is applied thus: "Hey Justice Department! Shut this site down!" "Okay."

Please just read the bill! Again your logic is flawed and makes no sense so again I'll use a strange example. You kill a guy and wait for the cops to find you. When they arrive you are arrested. You are saying this is wrong and they need to have a court ruling right then and there before you can be put in police custody.
