What Sony needs to do to be competitive next-gen and potentially beat Microsoft.
-Launch their console at about $300($350 for premium)
-Don't sell it at a loss.
-Launch BEFORE Microsoft. This will almost guarantee them taking back North America. This probably won't happen though.
-Find your killer app. Uncharted is great but its not a system seller. Not having a killer app is the biggest reason why the PS3 was so slow to take off and still struggling in NA.
-Timed exclusives. Try and get AAA games released on your console FIRST. It worked wonders for the PS2 with games like Grant Theft Auto.
-Backwards compatibility is a must. That way you can continue selling new PS3 games even to PS4-only owners.
