Dragons pop up in towns all the time for me now, I think I've killed four or five in Riverwood alone! I've killed around 30 dragons total, the Blood Dragons and Dragons are incredibly easy to kill now, as are the Frost Dragons. While sneaking, I can almost one-shot the Dragons and Blood Dragons and Frost Dragons go down after 2-3 sneak shots. Elder Dragons die fairly quickly as well and are a very easy kill as long as you have some cover for their breath attack.
My level 41 Thief is becoming a real hard-ass now! 
Going to level up my enchantment skill now so I can make some decent gear with archery and smithing bonuses.
