They deserve a reason regardless of whether it is one they like or not, no other publisher/developer would avoid a huge part of their fanbase without giving a reason for doing so. |
But you're comparing a game that has been on the Playstation since its creation and an Xbox exclusive with Street Fight x Tekken. And neither Street Fight or Tekken have been staples of the Nintendo consoles, so there isn't much of a comparison there.
