No, for two reasons.

1. This is unlocking an extra processor, not increasing the speed of the same processor.

2. That processor's standard speed is 333MHz. So it was underclocked and then went back to normal.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
