I bolded the part that justifies Nsanity's post. If it had been already established as you said, then why make it sound as if it's still up for debate?

but like i said using logic, you would realize that its shipped.

if SOLD to consumers, that would be as big as call of duty, if not bigger, first day sales of 3.8m, would likely mean first week sales of nearly 5 million.
