It does not matter how I did it I still got it right

Mario + holidays + NEW colored hardware = boost

Mario + NEW colored hardware = boost - holidays

Mario = boost - holidays - NEW colored hardware

as you can see Mario = boost (No Change) is not the right answer.

It is if you look it like this

Holidays=0
NEW colored hardware=0
Mario=2,000

stop this pointless space wasting math equations....  :  P
