What is the M$ first party? 343 are working on Halo 4, but we haven't seen any gameplay for it. And Rare are working on Fable Lost Journeys for Kinect mostly

The main thing that makes me think that they might delay it is Kinect, unless they keep that going for their next console too

Lionhead Studios make the Fable franchise, Rare are currently working on an unknown project having completed Kinect Sports Season 2.
