For all the people saying Oblivion and fallout, on one hand I actually agree with you, but on the other I think you're missing the point (not to say you should be forced to like it. If the point's not for you, then it's not for you. I'm cool with that.)

The thing is, those are RPG's, it's more about your own avatar development and the open worlds, it's not about the refinement of the gameplay. they have some glitches, and I'm personally not a fan of truly open sandbox styled games (I prefer direction), but I totally understand why someone would hate it. Hell, I loved Oblivion with a passion, but I never finished it because it had one fatal flaw in my opinion: it had no drive or direction. when the main plot is only like 1/8th of the total game, and it does very little to push you there, it gets a little aimless.

Again, not for everyone.
