Battlefield 3 passes Modern Warfare 2 on Xbox Live activity chart, But can't topple Black Ops

I wonder how many people play a COD at any time, if 300k is the min I ever see on Black Ops on the PS3, I assume well over 1+ million at a min are playing at any time.
