it isnt fantasy land at all.

MS can reduce the price of the 360 and remain borderline proftable in that division.  Launching a nextbox soon when there is no way sony can afford to do so for at least 2 years would be a perfect move.  And actually yes.... Sony have nothing left.  They have nothing left to play with.. nothing.  Their financials are dire, much more dire than people seem to realise.

Nothing about that is fanciful in the slightest.

 

I thought Sony had a good handle on things except the Bravia division, and that all their other problems were due to the Yen?

Granted i didn't bother to take a detailed look at their last financials
