I don't have any problems with lag.. I'm on the PS3 version.. is NAT open? Do you live somewhere in the middle of nowhere? it perfectly finds the nearest players to me with ping less the 50ms..
yeah the maps are too small, getting shot around every corner bumping into someone.. but still it has a nice fast pace feel to it.. like Quake 3
