I believe you are thinking of Lost World.

I believe the problem is Europe, where humor and reasoning are evidently entirely lost. I'm very aware that JP2 is The Lost World. The point is the similarities and how that, as a result, makes it a bad move.

The Lost World was written 100 years ago, and had a TV-series about it 10 years ago, and was cancelled after 3 years due to nobody being interested in funding a fourth season.

I really don't think either of those are going to make calling it "The Last World" a problem at all.
