As I said earlier I have a good idea what both THQ and Ubi are trying to accomplish. They want to establish the brand and the game for use on WiiU. WiiUdraw will no doubt be a launch window title, and I am guessing UbiSoft wants in on it. To be honest I don't actually know why, Udraw sold 1.5-million copies which is insanely good for THQ but UbiSoft's titles often sell far higher volumes so why would UbiSoft go after such a small market? Considering that UbiSoft's tablet wouldn't likely sell as well as Udraw and in the end it would divide the potential market. Leaving UbiSoft with far less success then THQ had and THQ with less success in the future. Maybe this is an attack on THQ, UbiSoft knows THQ is on the verge of collapse they could be trying to kill them off by destroying their revenue sources. Though that would be cruel and I'm not sure how Ubi would benefit from THQ's demise! |
I eyerolled at last to sentences... complete conspiracy theory.
