well frankly MW3 should be the peak as it ends the story that started the craze in the first place.
However Black Ops shocking success made us realize that people are buying the game for the multiplayer.
Frankly I am not sure Military FPS will die out for a while.
Even if sales fall 50% in the genre, it still would be massive.
Also remember Battlefield is growing even more popular so a 2nd massive franchise has arrived.
