That site very, VERY rarely gives out 10/10's, unless it's an amazing revolution (even OoT, which got 99, had 3-4 90 reviews...)
Skyward Sword could always be the same. There's plenty of sites that are looking like giving it 10/10, after all.
And no way Xenoblade will go down again. The average is 92.46%, so it'll need at least 4 reviews of 75% for it to drop down again. That ain't happening.
