For Zelda it is. It isn't for SMB, Mario Kart, Wii Fit and Wii Sports.

It is or it isn't. Nintendo has already demonstrated the advantages Wii U could provide for New Super Mario Bros, and as far as Kart goes, it would provide merely another option
