Maybe because the lead is now up to 1.5M? Plus with adjustments all around, the figures in the OP are no longer up to date. As of now, it should look something like this

So on average the 360 would have to outsell the PS3 by about 168k per week from here on. The gap will widen more next week though so it'll be even harder.

more or less assuming that the ps3 and 360 sells about the same this week. But who knows? MS might pull a rabbit out of a hat and sell like no ones business this holiday.
