The key difference is the way things are organized. Android and iOS gives you apps for doing all your stuff, where WP7 tries to keep things integrated into logical hubs. Everything you said about Android is wrong. All of my media is in one place. I can look at pictures, watch videos or listen to music all from the same location. As for contacts, everything is integrated if you want it to be. The difference here is I have a choice to integrate facebook contacts with other contacts. It is as easy as clicking yes. All of the pictures update when people change them, email addresses are all stored along with all  the other info. I prefer to not sync them though because I don't like the pictures changing all the time. I do however sync with google so that all my contact info is stored remotly. That way if I decide to change roms or upgrade phones all my contact info is saved.
