And you base this off what exactly!? random vgchartz pre order numbers when the game is still 3 months away.
Fact- XIII had mixed reception and was one of the lowest rated main FF games.
And just because more people disliked 13 doesn't mean they will dislike XIII-2. For starters...the developers have OPENLY stated they aim to fix the issues with 13...so even if someone disliked 13 they could be interested in this and will give this game a chance.
XIII was hated a lot by the community more so than any other FF game in the main series. I know this because on several fan sites it's the lowest rated and going to Expo events around the country people share the same views...some people like it otehrs dislike it..but at the end of the day, 13-2 isn't going to be exactly like 13 so people wil still give the game a go.

People still think those numbers look good.....seriously!? Uncharted 3 should be way higher. it has fewer pre orders than Combat Evolved Remake FFS.
I don't care what anyone says, those numbers are lwoer than expected. sub par 400-500k first week for the biggest PS3 game of the year is not impressive. I expected this game to match at least Gow3's first week numbers. (GOD OF war 3 NOT GEARS OF WAr 3 get the ACRONYM RIGHT GOD OF WAR CAME OUT FIRST)
