so one can use lets say a game that comes out early in the game and use it to win a couple of matches then trade once sales slow down for another new game to win some more..... I don't like this idea. -____-

Yup! But then you risk losing a game with good legs, if someone else steals your old game later

Then no one would take a risk unless you are giving away a new Mario game.
