I really am quite curious about when this will happen. Sony have stated that as long as there's some demand for it they won't stop producing the PS2. Could we be looking at an NES-like situation where it's still getting produced in limited quantities for almost 20 years? DS... well its current situation makes it rather hard to predict. Nintendo might kill it off next year or they could keep it around for a couple years. Sales are declining so extraordinarily fast though. Even early this year I wouldn't have predicted it would slow down this quickly.
