Sony fanboys hate Microsoft more than Nintendo. However, Nintendo and Microsoft Fanboys hate Sony more than they hate each other. I still think Nintendo fans like Sony more while Nintendo fanboys like Microsoft more. Fans liking Sony more because of more similar games than MS. Fanboys liking MS more because Sony is a sworn enemy.

Do you guys seriously think HD fans hate Nintendo ?
Hate is completly wrong word here. Much closer would be pity and amusement.

Given that all the polemics and vitriol seem to come from HD fans and, outside of isolated pockets of Nintendo reactionaries (like what exist here) nothing going the other way, the hate and efforts to diminish and undermine Nintendo's achievements is very active
Die-hard Nintendo fans have generally detached themselves from the console wars, or take a more philosophical approach towards them. Whereas someone invested in the console wars would say "Uncharted is teh suck" if a Nintendo fan lobs a critique, it's usually against cinematic games in general, or gray shooty games, or "mature" games, but rarely do we fight individual games as you see Sony and Microsoft fans do (like debates about Forza and Gran Turismo)
We're more removed from the day to day actions of console warfare, and any flamewars we get involved in are mostly defensive, at least on the whole

I'd blame that on the fact that there is no console producing offering similar experience, not on Nintendo fans themselves. Once the Wii U release, I think there's a good chance we'll see many Nintendo fans fighting in the HD 'wars'. |
True. During the gamecube days, Ninty fans definitely fought the graphics wars more intensely.
Fanboys in general, no matter what company, will follow exactly what their company is doing without question.

1. There wasn't many to fight that war.
2. Exactly. I wonder how much flip-flopping we will see when we know what the next-gen consoles will have to offer.
