The 31st November. You obviously meant the 31st October though, that's why it was unintentional.

The Resident Evil games have plenty of files/notes scattered throughout the games and one of those in RE Zero, sort of a diary, has an entry for the 31st November. This is an infamous and embarrassing mistake on the script writer's part.

Haha, whoops, I was thinking about its official release in November.
