Can't see a difference between the PC and console versions on HD fullscreen. Of course the shitty video compression affects the video quality, but the difference probably isn't that big.
As for PS3 vs Xbox 360, I'm guessing PS3 has the edge overall but the Xbox 360 version will have the edge on textures if you do that huge install.
