hm, this is quite bad..... : (

actually, it's not that the sales are so bad, it's a lot of things combined together contributing to such a loss, a lot should have been lost in exchange rates, less than expected 3DS sales (although it's not that bad), Wii and Ds sales much lower, WiiU should cost some more

Microsoft and mainly Sony should also be affected by the exchange rates, but at least their Ps3 and Xbox360 are doing good enough

Nintendo may have lost some money this year, but they'll probably get them back when 3DS games come out and when manufacture costs drop for the 3DS, Sony was also losing some money with the Ps3 for some time after the price drops as well...
