I'll give you that its scripted and linear, but that doesnt make it a bad/overrated game instantly, like linear/scripter = overrated. It's all in the execution and how ingrossing the story is. Take FFXIII, everybody knows it is extremely linear (and I guess scripted?) for the most part but for most gamers and reviewers, the story, gameplay, etc was good enough that it made the game overall great. But you're right, I'm not here to demand you to argue this with me or to go into too much detail. But come on, you can't punish a game just for the fact that it's linear.
I will however strongly disagree on the re-play value. Personally, I've beaten U2 twice times and U1 twice. My little bro beat U2 4 times! and U1 3 times. Again, that's just us but I know others will agree with me that it has replay value, not as much as some other games of it's genre, but it can be played through multiple times and still be enjoyable.
