It think it's possible--Sega have made some decent to very good games lately. All of their Sonic games on Nintendo systems lately have been very fine games, Nights is apparently not bad, Virtua Fighter and Tennis are very highly regarded, and Condemned was amazing. They would have to come up with a new 'edge' though.
Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?
