noone will give it so bad reviews that it will end 93 or lower on average. it will get a ton 10/10 and 5/5. sure games like gears 3 or whatever got lower reviews than it's predecessors but only a few percent and i think uncharted 3 has better improvements than gear 3 in comparison to the games of 2009 so maybe it will get a few percent lower but never 3.5% less than uncharted 2.
it's, what i believe, almost a perfect game for what is possible nowadays on consoles. i love gears 3 but uncharted 3 will easily get 1.5% higher scores.
