Carl, by that definition, Nintendo 64 or even Atari Jaguar are more advanced than XBox, as the XBox used a 32 bits processor, and the Nintendo 64 and the Jaguar a 64 bits one.
Even if we use this definition based in DirectX compatibility of it's graphics chip, WiiU is supposed to have a DirecX 10.1 chip, PS3 a DirectX 9, and X360 a DirectX 9 with some custom instructions as Memexport.
