Nintendo expect 128 million (they said they'd be happy with 50% of Wii sales going forward, this was at around 86 mill sold.

They expect 98 end of march 2012? that's with sales of 12 mill down from 15 mill year prior. Do Nintendo even have any medium/big games coming out next year (if you say Last Story I'll shoot you)

I'm not sure Just Dance will do a COD and keep growing, when JD4 comes out next year, especially not now Kinect could possibly steal some of its sales. I'm still amazed COD gives the 360 a bump every year tbh.

I reckon they'll hit 98/99 end of march, and then 6/7 mill in their next FY (if they don't miss this years target by much) so 104/106 end of March 2013. Overall it'll probably pass 110 mill with relative ease. I know Wii sales are slumping but they would need to almost halt to a sudden death not to hit that number, eventually.

Mario Party 9, so that's at least something.

I don't think the Wii is going to pass 110 million (not with ease anyway). For that to happen Nintendo would need to be interested in keeping the system alive, but rather the opposite is the case. They also don't seem to have any plans to launch the Wii (or the DS) in additional countries, so that's only going to lead to a sooner end.

I think the currant climate, clouds peoples judgment about the future. I know it seems like an uphill battle for wii, but 6/7 mill in FY12 isn't  that much of a hard task, after this xmas they'll probably see a lot of Q's around 1 million, with xmas Q's around 4 mill, Wii is still gonna sell in the holidays.

They don't really need to support it past this holidays for it to reach that, I am talking eventually though, depends if they do kill it off sooner than I expect.
