I went over this a few months ago but going by fiscal years the worst case scenario I can see for it, barring Nintendo discontinuing it shortly after the WiiU release, looks like this:
FY 2012: 10 million (96 million)
FY 2013: 6 million (102 million)
FY 2014: 3 million (105 million)
And discontinued shortly after March 2014, maybe 106-107 million.
A slightly more optimistic scenario would be:
FY 2012: 12 million (98)
FY 2013: 10 million (108) Cut to $99
FY 2013: 7 million (115)
FY 2014: 5 million (120)
FY 2015: 3 million (122)
And discontinued shortly after around 124-125 million.
