Sure, no problem.

Threads can break when there's a problem to connect to the server during a submission. That can either be the server's problem or your router's. For the former it's random chance, for the latter you need a router that is on its way out. Either way, it's difficult to deliberately reproduce such an error, because most of the time your submission doesn't go through at all.
