We have a few in the office.. it's has a propetary usb charger/data cable.. but you can power it with a usb port so no worries..

the wall charger is separte.. but I think you can use any usb wall charger..

Device is nice.. I personally have an iPad 2 which is a bit snappier, but the galaxy tab is a fine device.. I only don't like the plastic.. much prefer the aluminum from the iPad.. feels a bit sturdier..

Flash support and website are overal better looking on the Tab compared to the iPad, First party Apps are great (email, youtube etc) Third party apps are horrible, get if you can the optimized versions for the Tab.. the Tab is a bit on the long side so I can't use my thumbs in the center of the device in landscape mode..  but it's a good device overall.. If I wouldn't have an iPad I would have gotten the Tab and believe me.. we have around 10 tablets in the office and it's the best android tablet out there.

Thanks very much for your contribution.

So you like the iPad 2 more than the Galaxy Tab?  I have gone very sour on Apple lately.  I owned iPhones the last couple of years and they kept breaking and I also have $300 worth of locked music from way back on iTunes.  I still have a classic iPod, which I love, but I also am a PC guy through and through.  All of this makes me keen for an Android.  I have a Galaxy S2 now and I love the phone.  I don't particularly mind the length of the thing.

What I would use it for would be Email, Facebook, some word processing (is there a good office app available for it compatible with Work, Outlook etc?) and then some media like movies and stuff from time to time.
