Even though Kantor pretty much said what I feel, I will put it in my own words. I don't see a reason to put my faith blindly on a God. I read somewhere that you cannot bring up new generations on ancient values (I cannot remember the exact words) and I think this has a lot of truth. We have to be willing to chance our believes, even if drastically based on the things that happen around us, but Religion is stuck on the bible and what some people "saw" thousands on years ago. They will not compromise, I do not know why. While Religion has it's benefits I will admit, however, I don't need it. I never have and until conclusive evidence is shown, I never will. I believe in my common sense and my own experiences and I am willing to change and live my life according to the present, not the past.

EDIT: For the record, I don't consider myself athiest.
