I don't get what's so offensive with "I love boobs". We're not living in the Dark Ages anymore...
Plus, it's for a good cause and it's only for a limited time. It's also an effective way of spreading the message, no matter if the wearers takes it seriously or not. If the bracelets just said something ordinary and boring no one would wear them and awareness wouldn't spread.
